After you’ve placed an order and we’ve processed your payment, your package will be sent for delivery. If you make a payment before 1PM PST, it will probably be sent out on the same day. If the payment is made after 1PM PST, it will go out the next day. Once the Shipping Carrier scans the package, we’ll email you the tracking information.

If your package doesn’t arrive by the expected delivery date from the Shipping Carrier, send us an email.
Next, you’ll need to start a trace with the Shipping Carrier to find your package.
After filing the trace, it might take up to 5 business days. If they find the package, it will be sent to you. If they can’t find it, we’ll send you a replacement valued at up to $500.
Keep in mind, we can’t give refunds for late packages since that’s up to the Shipping Carrier and not under our control.
Once the Shipping Carrier marks the tracking as “Delivered,” we’re not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen.

Orders are advanced to the processing stage exclusively after aligning your E-Transfer with the designated order number in the notes section of the transfer. Once acknowledged, the processing of your order will commence.
*Kindly anticipate a maximum of 2 hours for the Interac e-Transfer to channel your funds to our payment system.
Should your order remain pending for over 24 hours and your E-Transfer is still unresolved, it signifies that we have yet to receive your payment or that you may not have adhered to the provided instructions when dispatching the e-transfer.
There is no minimum order requirement.

Follow the directions on the next page. Make sure to send the exact amount needed (excluding transaction fee), as our system requires this for order matching. Click the “Click here if you have already sent Bitcoins” button after sending the amount.

Verification usually takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Add our provided email and the total amount from the invoice.
